A simple reminder/fix is to place a post-it on top of your computer screen with the words “SIT UP” written on it.

Remember to put the sticky part on the bottom as shown below:

This small reminder can help you to keep upright posture while at your computer desk.

**In addition, remember to take that 5 minute break every hour and get up to stretch your back and limbs**
